  Terms and Conditions of the Photoshoot  

• Location: Determination of a specific location such as a hotel, museum, street, or other open space. Considerations include permissions for shooting and any possible restrictions.
• Date and Time: Agreement on the exact date and time of the shoot, taking into account the convenience of all participants and the lighting conditions, especially for outdoor shoots.
• Outfit Selection: Preparation of a suitable look for the model according to their complexion. This involves choosing clothing, makeup, and hairstyle.
• Props: Identification of necessary items to create the desired atmosphere and support the style of the shoot, such as flowers, decorations, furniture, and other elements.
• Copyright: The photograph is an artistic product. The client acknowledges and agrees with the photographer’s artistic vision, shooting style, and photo processing. In the case of publication of the photos in media or social networks, the client agrees to credit the photographer’s full name in accordance with copyright law.
• Delivery of Photos: Final photos will be delivered within 7 to 30 days after the photoshoot, depending on workload. It is recommended to agree on the timeframe before the shoot to avoid misunderstandings.

  Payment Terms  

• Confidentiality Agreement: Photography under full confidentiality conditions is agreed upon in advance. I respect your choice. An additional 20% of the shooting cost is charged.
• Reservation: The shoot date is considered reserved by the client upon payment of a €200 deposit.
• Payment: Photographer’s services are paid on the day of the shoot. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or through PayPal.
  
• Early Termination and Delay: Early termination or tardiness by the client does not justify a reduction in the shooting cost or an extension beyond the reserved time. If the client is late, this voluntarily reduces the shooting time.
• No-show Policy: If the client does not attend the photo session at the scheduled time for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. 
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation of the shoot after the deposit is made is not possible, but rescheduling to another day is allowed.
• Additional Services: For an extra fee, you can request artistic retouching or art processing of any photograph, or increase the number of retouched photos.
  

  Handling of Photographs After the Photoshoot  

• Selection and Initial Processing: After the photoshoot, the photographer selects the best shots at their discretion and applies initial processing. Initial processing includes adjustments to exposure, cropping, and color correction.
• Photo Selection for Editing: You will be able to choose which photos you want to be further edited according to your preference.
• Retouched Photos: 20 portraits will be retouched, including blemish removal (like pimples), softening of facial lines and wrinkles (such as eye bags) while preserving skin texture; correcting body imperfections, clothing folds, and noticeable cosmetic flaws not covered by makeup; skin cleaning (maintaining natural texture), toning facial and body color (adding tan or desired shade), enhancing highlights for added dimension, and minor facial and body adjustments.
• Rush Processing: If faster processing is required, an additional 25% fee will apply to the service cost.
• Delivery: Finished photos will be sent via a download link from a cloud storage service. The photos will be available via the link for 3 months.
• Original RAW Files: The original, unprocessed RAW files are not provided as they are considered working material, not the final product. You will receive the photos in JPG format.
